Financial achievements include a 521% increase in housing approvals, a 1,139% surge in loan approvals, and the securing of AED 3 billion in housing project investments.
MBRHE’s innovation extends beyond operations. The implementation of the SPIDER Strategic Management System ensures real-time strategic execution, risk management, and performance monitoring, reinforcing agility and excellence.
The organization’s commitment to sustainability is demonstrated by 23 sustainable systems integrated into housing developments and embedding ESG principles into future projects. Workforce development is equally prioritized, achieving a 99% employee satisfaction rate and a 35% reduction in turnover.
