As a Senior Process Engineer at Rivian Automotive, and Electric Vehicles Start-up, I worked in their brand new and exciting battery shop to ramp up module lines. Below are my major achievements in this role:
i. Lead Continuous Improvement projects on battery module sub-module marriage station to release the bottleneck of the plant to increase throughput by 600%, that accounts for $1.2 billion increase in revenue annually.
ii. Lead Continuous Improvement projects to reduced scrap on battery modules resulting in $20millions in year 2023.
iii. Using lean manufacturing techniques and design of experiments I improved battery safety performance, thermal run away time required to flame by 580% and time to consumption by 228%.These achievement gave me a chance to be a Senior Process Engineer at Rivian Automotive, and Electric Vehicles Start-up.
