Gen AI Prediction: RAG Enhances Enterprise Infra Stability

This project addresses critical inefficiencies in IT test and release environments by developing an innovative AI-powered automation framework. Currently, issues in these environments require manual intervention from IT teams for troubleshooting and resolution, leading to prolonged turnaround times, disrupted release testing cycles, and suboptimal outcomes in Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes. Inaccurate classification and poor documentation of root causes further compromise environment stability and availability, hindering overall operational efficiency.
